Journal as Art
The reading defined a journal, in the broadest sense, as a diary, sketchbook, and notebook. For me, I would like to make this blog my online journal for my thoughts on design, and the design I see around me. Those mentioned in the reading talked about the specific materials they felt would be most expressive for their journaling. In my case, I would like to occasionally include photographs. Either from photos I have taken in the past, or photos I will take from the future, I think and hope they will add a visual element to complement my written ideas.
